Quentin Vatelot
FOUNDER
Mr. Quentin Vatelot founded Balthus Capital in 2015, a private investment firm that has successfully completed several private equity investments in telecommunications, property technology and real estate.
Prior to Balthus, Mr. Vatelot spent 10 years at Colony Capital, a global real-estate investment firm with over $50Bn of assets under management where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation and management of new equity and debt real estate investments (has transacted on over $5 billion of transactions).
Mr. Vatelot started his career at Molten Ventures, a leading European venture capital firm where he was focused on early stage technology companies. Mr. Vatelot received a Masters degree in Finance from the European Business School in Paris.

Tyler Bibbins
CO-FOUNDER
Prior to Balthus Capital, Mr. Bibbins spent 6 years at Related Urban Development where he worked on The Grand, a 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development located in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Bibbins was responsible for all aspects of the project including financial analysis, debt sourcing, consultant coordination, entitlements, legal oversight, design, construction, leasing / marketing, operations and asset management.
Prior to joining Related in 2017, Mr. Bibbins was an Associate at Colony Capital where he analyzed and executed acquisitions and loan originations across a variety of real estate sectors throughout the US. Mr. Bibbins began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group.
Mr. Bibbins received a B.S. in Accounting from The Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.
